Terms of Use

1. Subject
These Terms govern use of dzvintech.com and engagement of services from DzvinTech (Ukraine). By using the site or contacting us you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
DzvinTech provides custom software development services including:
- Telegram bots and automation
- Websites and web applications
- Data scraping and collection
- OCR and PDF document processing
- Bulk contact collection
Scope, timeline, and cost for each project are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate contract or specification.
3. Obligations
DzvinTech undertakes to:
- Deliver work according to the agreed specification
- Meet agreed deadlines
- Notify of delays or changes in advance
- Keep provided materials confidential
The client undertakes to:
- Provide required materials and access on time
- Give timely feedback
- Make payments as agreed
4. Limitation of liability
DzvinTech is not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control: hosting failures, third-party API changes, force majeure.
DzvinTech's total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant project.
We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment the client receives usage rights to the developed product. Source code is transferred to the client if explicitly stated in the contract.
DzvinTech retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio unless the client objects.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not possible, in Ukrainian courts at DzvinTech's place of registration.
